Evacuum.com has does not stand by it's products or word

My 30 year old electrolux broke and I needed something new. I found evacuumstore when I was on Google and I'm so glad I did. I never needed a new vacuum before this so I had plenty of questions. When I called customer service they picked up immediately and were beyond helpful. They answered all of my questions and helped me make my decision... And delivery was fast too!

Spent almost 2 hours putting together an order. Stopped for a lunch break. When I returned, pressed the CHECKOUT button, and my order was GONE. Apparently someone set the timeout WAY too short and the server threw away all of my work. (Other web sites dont have this problem.) I called the company because I wanted the owner to know that they have been losing thousands of dollars in sales, due to the web master's amazing incompetence. I spoke with JOSH in customer service and he absolutely refused to transfer me to a supervisor. He continued to argue with me for a long time, until I said I would find another way to contact his boss. Then he finally transferred me to DAVE, who claimed to be a manager. (Of what, he would not say.) I asked DAVE if he could comp me with a free shipping code for all of the time they had caused me to waste. He said they don't use discount codes. I said, well how come I found some codes online, and there is a place on the checkout form to type them in? And he said, well why don't you use them? I said because they're expired! He just went round and round contradicting himself, making things up as he went along. So I said, okay I won't fight about it, forget about the discount. I still want to tell the owner about the problem. But just like JOSH, he continued to argue and make excuses, becoming angrier by the minute. Both of them absolutely refused to give out any contact method for the owner. Not even a snail mail address. So I said, I will find another way to contact him, and I will tell him that both of the guys in customer service refused to cooperate. And DAVE said: IF YOU DO THAT WE ARE GOING TO BAN YOU AS A CUSTOMER !!! And I said: LIKE I CARE ! Then he slams down the phone. Both of these people were unbelievably rude, immature, and argumentative. So if you have any customer service problems whatsoever, just be aware that there is no way to resolve them, because you cannot contact anyone in a position of authority if something goes wrong. This company is only a facade on the web. There is no real business, it's just a couple of bratty teenage kids. They must be forwarding the orders to a third party, and the owner spends all of his time on the golf course. If you get what you wanted, consider yourself lucky. Many people have not received what they ordered.
